Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. There are no qualifying conditions — change of mind is a perfectly good reason.

AlienSquad, LLC sells PoliSays subscriptions directly. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf; refunds are approved by us and returned by Stripe.

To request a refund, email support@polisays.com from the address you used at checkout and we will arrange it. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days once approved.

Paid plans are billed yearly and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your plan card in the app, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues to the end of the term you already paid for, after which saved reads stay readable but new saves and annual re-reads pause. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request — use the steps above if you also want your money back.

Outside the 30-day window we are not obliged to refund, but if something went wrong on our side — a plan you could not use, a duplicate charge, a renewal you did not expect — write to support@polisays.com and we will look at it fairly.
